We guarantee that:

  • All products are of Quality and Grade as described.
  • All our products are of the highest quality.
  • When ordering products with a specified USDA grade you will only receive items of that grade or better.
  • All products will arrive in wholesome condition.
  • All products will arrive frozen or chilled as specified.
  • You will get what you ordered.
  • All products are weighed on USDA inspected digital scales to ensure accuracy. All items will always be of the weight specified or more. In the event an item you ordered is out of stock you will be contacted prior to shipment for an opportunity to substitute.

    Customer responsibility:
    If we fail to fulfill any of our guarantees we ask that you notify us, by calling (888)361-4574 by 6:00pm EST the day after receiving your order. No product should be returned prior to contacting Customer Service.

    Our Promise:
    If we fail to fulfill any aspect of our guarantee we will gladly replace your order or issue a refund, providing you contact us within the time frame previously designated. We reserve the right to investigate all claims that we may believe to be fraudulent or unfounded.
