How to join.
Simply submit the Customer Information Form. Once your form has been received you will be assigned your own Account Representative and provided with a Corporate Discount Code. You will also be mailed a welcome package containing a product catalog and your Corporate Price List.
Start saving by simply entering the discount code when prompted during online ordering. You will be able to enter orders immediately and receive the discount pricing. You may also phone, fax or email your orders to your representative.
We advise you to speak to your representative for additional discounts available on volume orders (10 or more boxes being shipped to the same location).
